Our Commitment to the Open Source Joomla Project

Lévis and MIchelle Bisson are among the team of sixteen founders of the Joomla Project. They have been a part of the main Core Team for 4 years (2005-2009).  Over the years, they have contributed on different teams such as Development Team, Demo Site Team, Shop Team, Documentation Team, Joomla User Groups Team and other various projects.

Michelle is currently active on the Joomla User Group Team and Trademarks Team. As well, our present commitment is to promote this Web application across Canada, to help make Joomla users, organizations and businesses autonomous in the management of their Web site.

Previously, we were involved for two years on the core team of the open source Mambo software.   It was the Joomla team (known as the Mambo Core Team) that developed Mambo up to 2005 when the project was forked and Joomla project was founded.
